  1. Dementia/ Cognitive Impairment

  2. Headache

  3. Parkinson's Disease

    • NET-PD LS-1:  Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of creatine in subjects with treated PD.  Patient followed for 5 years.

    • PROGENI: Parkinson's disease collaborative study of genetic linkage.  One visit with blood draw and questionnaire.

    • SURE-PD:  Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of oral inosine in early (untreated) PD.  Patient followed for 24 months.

    • QE3:  Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of CoQ10 in untreated PD.  Patient followed for 18 months.
