Group Therapy Services
Group therapy is a helpful and effective method that is often used as a primary treatment option but can also be used in conjunction with individual, couple, or family therapy. Most problems that people encounter can be helped using a group therapy format. Generally, a patient meets with the therapist for a pre-group screening prior to beginning group therapy to determine his or her best options.
