Ochsner Women's Health Center - Covington is designed to treat a variety of issues impacting a women’s life, from pregnancy and infertility to gynecologic cancers and menopause. With a fully dedicated staff, you can be assured that our physicians are where you need us, when you need us.
Ochsner Women's Health Center - Covington is located on Highway 21 near St. Tammany Parish Hospital. We offer mammography and ultrasound services at this location, as well as outpatient procedures.
For expecting patients, if your pregnancy is healthy and you are considering scheduling your baby's birth, it is best to stay pregnant for at least 39 weeks. Babies born too early may have more health problems at birth and later in life than babies born full term. Being pregnant at least 39 weeks gives your baby's brain and body all the time they need to grow.

New patient visit after reading some of the reviews on here I was a bit hesitant to make an appointment but my experience here was good. Calm environment, nice clean looking facility the staff at the front desk was personable, friendly and welcoming. I was checked in, waiting time to see the doctor was about 15 minutes after I arrived. Each staff member I encountered was professional and friendly from the nurse that took my medical history to the nurse that did my blood draw. I was very pleased with my visit. The reason for 3 stars was only due to this being my 1st visit so may revise after next visit.
