Ahna Patterson is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and she has been on staff at Ochsner since May 2020. Ahna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Science degree in Forensic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She attended the University of Washington in Seattle where she earned a Master of Science in Clinical Health Services for Physician Assistant Studies. Ahna holds Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications, and she is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
