Always detailed and a pleasure to be around.

Dr. Bertucci is always polite and professional but more than that he genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. He takes the time to note and review important life events for his patients and makes it a point to follow up in a way that other doctors unfortunately don’t these days. Wait times are often longer than usual, especially for virtual visits, but it’s worth it when you have a doctor that is compassionate and committed to your health and well being. Also, his office staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to send messages and take care of scheduling issues. 10/10, highly recommend!

He is a very caring and interested doctor. He was here for all of us after Hurricane Katrina.

I love Dr. Bertucci! Yes, he does ask you a lot of questions and he can "look on the computer" but that's so impersonal! He wants to hear from YOU about how you're doing, there's not a lot of doctors that still do that. You will NOT be in and out quickly with him, which is something else I appreciate it. Wait times can be long (but I find this is the case at nearly every doctor I've ever gone to) so if you are needing to hurry and are able to, get the first one in the morning, the first one after lunch or the last one of the day.

Always friendly as is the staff. Have never had any problems with his office. Very thorough and professional.
