I did not feel that at my stage in life I gleaned too much from this type of visit. People differ of course. I am 67 and felt that in 5+ years this might be helpful - MAYBE.

I would definitely recommend Ms Williams. I really needed to have this more then I realized. She provided me with everything I had on my agenda health wise to ask and more. She even gave me solutions and materials on things I need and was working on yet I wasn't sure where to get the info from. She went over something's I was missing as far as my health plan and health. I really appreciate her to the up most. She's very very informed in her field. I couldn't have had a better person assigned to me for this session.

The NP who I saw at the wellness visit is very knowledgeable and attentive. She explained things clearly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions, if I had any.

All my questions and/or concerns were addressed. Received reminders to keep me healthy.

Care provider was professional in every way and focused on my needs. Healthwise going forward, she has my welfare as her #1 fears.

R.N. Jamie was very pleasant when talking about the extra weight I put on within the last few weeks. Encouraged me to exercise, but she wasn't rude at all. I'm definitely going to eat more healthy and exercise.

My service provider Jaime Williams was above excellent. She has great customer service skills and made me feel that she really cared about how I understood what was going on with the service I was receiving. I look forward to working with her again. She deserves a Promotion and a Raise.
