Kristina Marchand is the best practitioner I've seen in the Oschner system. She's clearly experienced and knowledgeable but what sets her apart is her honesty and forthright approach to communicating the nuances of female pelvic health overall and integrating my personal experience and clinical symptoms into a larger picture I can understand. Dealing with urogynecological symptoms that change and come and go can be confusing and frustrating and scary even when from a clinical perspective they might be considered mild on the spectrum of disorders and severitybut KM respects you as an individual patient and addresses your concerns with solutions, guidance, and support. I hope someday urogynecology and pelvic floor specialists are included in yearly female checkups after giving birth.
