My doctor is the best caring person I have ever seen and I don't ever want to change put it like this if he stop taking my insurance I would change insurance company never my doctor

He had great bedside manner, took his time and even addressed a wrist injury that I wasn’t going to address since I went in for a sore throat. He saw the wrap I had on the wrist and took it upon himself to ask about it. I was very impressed and satisfied.

Dr. Marcello had already seen his last patient of the day and agreed to see my brother who had second degree burns on his ear, face, and neck from an accident 2 weeks earlier. He had been treated previously (unsatisfactorily) at an urgent care facility and would have had to go to an emergency room had Dr. Marcello not extended his workday. Dr. Marcello showed unselfish devotion to his profession and saved my brother an expensive and, as it turned out, an unnecessary hospital visit.
