Michele Guidry, LCSW is a graduate of the Tulane School of Social Work. She attended Nicholls State University before completing her MSW at Tulane University School of Social Work. Her experience consists of working for inpatient and outpatient mental health settings as well as substance abuse settings with children, adolescents and adults. She also has hospice experience working for a Baton Rouge hospice agency and continues to serve as a volunteer for a local hospice organization. Michele believes in creating an individualized treatment plan tailored to one's personal needs and goals. She has extensive professional experience working with addictions. Ms. Guidry’s professional interests include addiction, particularly including alcohol and binge eating, grief, obesity, grief, and adolescents. She is thrilled to assist the patients at Ochsner in rewriting their stories through individualized treatment planning.
