Saw me at my scheduled appointment time. Office personnel friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Hayes nurse Ashley is very kind and patient. I have nothing but Praises for dr. Hayes he is all around a great neurosurgeon. The waiting area is absolutely beautiful.

I have had back and leg pain well over a year now. I went to doctor Hayes to explore my options. I completely understand that my injury, in his opinion, did not warrant surgery. I do not appreciate him actually telling me that there are worse off people than I am. I am aware of that. However, that does not determine the pain that I am in. He could not give me a Next Step for relief of the pain. He told me that he is a surgeon, and there was nothing that he could do for me. Simply put, I think he could have been more empathetic in a way that he delivered his information.

Dr Hayes listened attentively to all of my concerns. We discussed every detail of my condition from start to finish. He is very easy to speak with.

I hit the jackpot when I was referred to Dr Hayes! All of the disabling pain and numbness gone since I had lumbar fusion surgery. Dr Hayes has given me back my life.

Dr. Hayes is the best Neurosurgeon in every aspect. He took time to explain everything prior and after my intensive lumbar back surgery. Having nerve damage and decompression of discs Dr. Hayes surgical procedure included spacers, rods, screws and fusions in lower lumbar with outstanding results. Having a lumbar laminectomy and receiving injections over the last 10 years to tolerate, Dr. Hayes surgical procedure has left me feeling better then I have felt in all that time. I am only post surgery 8 weeks and looking forward to living my life pain free. Thank you for being the qualified doctor you are and the wonderful staff you have for making this possible. Anyone skeptical of having back surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Hayes and his staff to ease this procedure, however, remember you can only recover completely as long as you follow his aftercare instructions. Dr. Hayes answered all of our questions and concerns during our first office visit, and before and after surgery. He discussed in detail our options and when my husband opted for surgery on his neck, Dr. Hayes explained all ramifications of the surgery. Surgery went well. I thank God for Dr. Seth Hayes and his amazing talent as a surgeon. I was bed redden for 28 days in the most horrendous pain. My family arranged to get me to Dr. Seth Hayes as he was highly recommended by a friend whom Dr. Hayes had performed back surgery on. Dr. Hayes showed us my MRI and CAT scan explaining the herniated disc in my back at L3/L4. By the end of the visit I felt I finally had hope. In our first meeting he said the goal was that I would be able to walk the day of my surgery. Miraculously that is exactly what happened and I cried tears of joy because I was also pain free. I went in with severe pain and could barely walk with a cane. I had immediate relief upon waking up from surgery. Dr. Hayes is a miracle worker. I would recommend him and in fact I already have. I will be back to work as a server/ manager six weeks after surgery. I feel like a new person thanks to Dr.Hayes and his team. My husband was diagnosed with a double brain bleed (subdural hematomas) at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. He was taken into surgery immediately upon diagnosis. He is alive and on the way to recovery, after two surgeries, thanks to the expertise and diligence of both Dr. Seth Hayes and Dr. Sebastian Koga. We feel extremely fortunate to have had such knowledgeable, and caring, neurosurgeons available to us in St. Tammany Parish. They definitely saved his life. We highly recommend them.

Dr Hayes has made my expectations much higher than I imagined His professionalism his knowledge and his bedside manners have all been outstanding I have just recently had surgery and he explains everything wonderfully I’m praying everything went the way it should so far it seems like it has thank you Dr Hayes As far as his staff nurses etc. they also are amazing there’s not one time I have called when they could not get to me not once I’ve been to More than my fair share of doctors with my problems and so far this staff is the best I have ever had thank you to the staff at Dr Hayes

Met with Dr. Hayes and he was extremely down to earth, took me into his office and explained everything in detail. He really made me feel comfortable about a procedure I was really reluctant to have. I visited with Dr Hayes about my back problem and a cyst was found. Dr Hayes recommends surgery and I had surgery. The surgery went well and Dr. Hayes made it a point I stayed comfortable.

Dr Haynes and his team did a cervical spine surgery on me in 2017 at Raleigh Duke hospital in Raleigh NC. He is a great doctor down to earth and very kind. I give him 10 stars. I now have damaged nerves at the tip of my neck and have to have surgery again, wish he was here to operate again.
