I always go to Ochsner but the night staff was horrible besides one lady everyone was playing around doctor was rude as hell and not gentle just rushed me out wouldn’t give me anything to help me to walk or nobody would help me walk and just sat down and ate while I was struggling but one lady I appreciate her she helped me to my car overall my experience was horrible that had never happened to me before at tht hospital

I went to the ER here on Sunday, March 24. The ER team whole staff was excellent. They really care for one of the receptionists reprimanded me (like an aunt), for not coming in earlier due to the severity of my pain and high blood pressure when I got there. I was admitted, and the nurses, transport team, and doctors on the 2nd floor are awesome, compassionate and really showed me they cared about me. They truly took care of me and made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked on me and kept me informed of my progress. I gave a 4 because of the nurse named Leslie on my last day there. She kept urging me to go home and living her advice of what I should do, which was contrary to the doctors advice. I was so upset that I called my husband at work because she really made me that uncomfortable and questioned everything the doctor ordered for me. She needs to go back to school and train in bedside manner, because hers is horrible. I hope my experience with her doesn't become someone elses.

Ochsner has great service and performed well during my visit if ever I'm sick again I'll be going back to Ochsner.

I was seen in the ER yesterday and had a positive experience from registration to check out. I was treated with compassion, dignity and respect by Dr Langley and the nurses caring for me. I had to have several stitches in my head and Dr Langley made it a painless procedure. Thanks to Ochsner Westbank for such awesome care!

Everybody in the hospital was awesome but the doctor Haydell I don’t know what kind of doctor she is. It’s gonna tell me my arm hurts because I play on my phone too much if that’s the case why everybody in there wasn’t in there for the same thing because I know I ain’t the only one Debbie on a phone

I visited the facility on yesterday and have nothing but praises to give. The staff was very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out. They were very informative about my care explaining everything making sure I understood. I was in and out in no time. My longest wait was for results for flu and Covid. I would recommend the facility to family and friends after my experience at the facility.
