Medications and Prescription Refills
Please bring medications or a list of medications with dosage and number of times per day they are taken, including over the counter medications, to your appointment. If you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy. They will submit a request to the doctor for you. Please allow 3-5 days for prescription refills.
Registration
- Check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment
- Bring your appointment slip and any other paperwork received from Ochsner
- Have your insurance card and photo ID available
- Be prepared to make your co-payment (if applicable)
- Please advise the receptionist if you should need to leave the waiting area for any reason

Every person I encountered at this clinic was nice, kind, and just outright pleasant. I went for a PCP visit, lab work and imaging and couldn’t ask for a better environment. Even the patients I encountered were nice and helpful.

I had gotten lost and passed exit going over bridge. So had reasoned never do the visit to Destrahan Och sner again . The front Desk person changed my altitude. It was really nice. The lady at front desk got out seat and excorted us all the way to room many feet back. She was happy to be of service to us. She was a fine introduction to Dr. Pollock.
