Schedule an urgent care arrival time online with Find Urgent Care Now through the MyOchsner portal or MyOchsner mobile app.
Patients scheduling via Find Urgent Care Now do not skip the waiting line, nor will they be seen ahead of individuals in the waiting room or impact others' wait times. Ochsner Urgent Care locations operate on a first come, first serve basis. If there is an influx of patients with high severity emergency conditions, your projected treatment time may be delayed.
Skip the registration desk and waiting room with ePre-Check and Mobile Check-In. Here’s how to use contactless arrival:
- Complete ePre-Check prior to arrival: Begin MyOchsner Patient Registration Self-Service by completing ePre-Check via the MyOchsner portal or MyOchsner mobile app to verify your information ahead of your visit. ePre-Check must be fully completed to utilize Mobile Check-In.
- Drive and arrive: Upon arriving at an Ochsner facility, log in to the MyOchsner mobile app and select “I’m Here” once you are ready to check-in.
- Wait for our text: Once you have fully completed ePre-Check and confirmed arrival, you are checked in. Feel free to wait in your car or in the lobby. We will send you a text message once we are ready for your visit to begin with additional instructions.

MyOchsner App Download Instructions
Search for the ‘MyOchsner’ application, which is compatible with Android, iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices. After downloading the MyOchsner application, you must identify and add your healthcare organization by typing ‘Ochsner’ in the search bar at the top. Select Ochsner by clicking on the Ochsner Health logo. Click the green ‘Continue to Login’ button and login using the same credentials you used to set up your MyOchsner account.
