Hope Frugé is a Vanderbilt-trained dietitian whose mission is to empower people to eat + move + live WELL. Hope’s career has seen exciting heights: she combined her communications and nutrition backgrounds while working as Edible Nashville’s Associate Editor; she has shown clients how to balance wellness with everyday life in the private practice realm; she created an artisanal whole foods bar called HOPE bars that ships nationwide; and she has served as the dietitian for the Nashville Ballet Company and the past five Miss Louisiana's. Hope currently heads up Eat Fit Monroe, a non-profit Ochsner Health initiative that partners with restaurants to make healthier menu options available. Since becoming a dietitian, Hope has been recognized as a Top 20 Under 40 business professional and was awarded the Women Symposium’s 2017 Rising Young Professional Award. Hope enjoys photography, hosting dinner parties, baking sourdough bread and teaching the world how to love beets. But, above all else, her favorite thing is to simply be anywhere with her husband, Heath, and their daughter, Landry.

As a lifestyle dietitian and founder of Ochsner’s Eat Fit nonprofit restaurant initiative, Molly has managed the nutrition program at Ochsner Fitness Center in New Orleans for over 20 years, working with thousands of clients, ranging from people like you and me to professional athletes. Through it all, she learned what drives us and motivates us, what works and what doesn’t, and what derails even our best intentions. Having the ability to dial into these behaviors and challenges has fueled and inspired Molly’s entire professional career. As a regular contributor to national and local publications, Molly covers all things related to nutrition and wellness. She has written for The Times-Picayune | New Orleans Advocate since 2006 and has been the nutrition expert for New Orleans’ ABC affiliate WGNO since 2009, with weekly TV segments on WGNO’s Good Morning New Orleans, “Fueled with Molly.” She also hosts a weekly podcast , FUELED wellness + nutrition with Molly Kimball, where she addresses the latest health trends and interviews some of the country’s leading experts.
