Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- 32-bed unit
- Unit cares for both medical and surgical patients
- Lead by Medical and Surgical Intensivists
- Specialized RN staff who are handpicked and go through a rigorous 12-week orientation process

Neurological Critical Care Unit (NCCU)
- Unit led by a Neurology Intensivists
- Specialized Neurology trained Registered Nurses
- Stroke Team
- RN staff who are handpicked and go through a rigorous 12-week orientation process
Rehab Unit
- CARF (Commission on Accreditation Rehab Facilities) for General Rehabilitation and Stroke Specialty Program
- Three therapists with Neurology Development Training
- Three hours of therapy daily
- Two PM&R Physicians specializing in stroke care
- Six certified Rehab Nurses
- Post Stroke Clinic
- "Brain Gym" for treatment of stroke
Special Programs
Stroke Telemedicine Program (ASSERT)
- Remote treatment for medical conditions, such as stroke
- Service enables patients to receive immediate evaluation by stroke neurologists
- Eliminates the geographical penalty associated with access to specialized care
- Experienced medical staff that guides you thru each step of the process
Advanced Stroke Team Options
- Collaborative Stroke Team comprised of vascular neurologists, interventional neuroradiologists, neurosurgeons and vascular surgeons
- Offer multiple options to revascularize intracranial vessels, including clot removal with MERCI or Penumbra devices, use of intra-arterial thrombolytics, cerebral stenting and aneurysm coiling
- Team uses advanced imaging techniques to guide treatment in patients that may be outside of traditional treatment windows, but that may still have benefit, if treated
