Christopher Mercadel, Jr., PA-C

Chris is a native of New Orleans and joined the Sports Medicine Institute in August 2017. Prior to joining the Institute, Chris worked for 15 years with local athletes as a strength coach, personal trainer and program coordinator at Ochsner. He now assists in high school and college event coverage across the Greater New Orleans area.

Chris currently speaks to local area strength coaches as well as high intensity fitness program coordinators on educational topics including:
