Biography
Dr. Fleming began her career in a community health center in rural Arkansas where she practiced for four years providing care to underserved populations. Upon relocation to Pensacola, she practiced in a similar setting for just over a decade prior to joining Ochsner Novant Health 65 Plus.
Dr. Fleming is focused on fostering a compassionate and proactive approach to healthcare that not only addresses the physical well-being of older adult patients but also enriches their quality of life. She loves traveling and spending time with family, including her daughters and their full schedules of activities. “My favorite thing about being a physician for patients 65 and older is getting to be a part of their health care journey, really getting to know them and developing lasting relationships while aiming to improve their quality of life,” she says.
