Very fortunate to have found Dr. Atkinson. He has been so supportive helping to manage new medical conditions, which ended up being largely outside the realm of Hematology. Nevertheless, he has consistently gone above and beyond to try to help me and improve my symptoms. I've been feeling my worst lately, and he takes all the time I need to answer questions. The first time I met him, I sobbed in his office and he never made me feel stupid or a burden. He sets a high bar for how all providers should treat their patients.
