Appropriate evaluation and care are essential for children experiencing developmental or behavioral concerns. At Ochsner’s Michael R. Boh Center for Child Development, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of children and adolescents with developmental disorders. As Louisiana’s only comprehensive pediatric developmental center, we care for neurodevelopmental disorders through multidisciplinary interdisciplinary team evaluations and treatment. Our care is based on the latest scientific evidence, and we engage parents as vital team members with specific, individualized education and resources. All you need is a referral from your child’s pediatrician to get started.
Developmental disorders often require multiple visits over months and even years. Some conditions require lifelong follow-up.
