Leads and supervises the daily operations of all personnel and processes within a clinic.
Activities:
- Trains clinic staff
- Manages work schedules and time clocks
- Oversees clinic operations
- Resolves patient complaints and requests
- Adapts behavior to specific patient population
- Collaborates with clinic staff
- Measures clinic performance
- Ensures policies are communicated to clinic staff
What You'll Need
Education: High school diploma plus 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position
Knowledge: English language
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, problem-solving skills, conflict resolutions skills, computer skills, organizational skills, decision making, time-management skills, leadership skills
Abilities: Work Independently and collaboratively as a team member, collaborate with other departments, ability to delegate tasks
