Epic Analyst, Epic Analyst Associate, Sr. IS Epic Analyst
Reviews, analyzes and modifies systems within Epic software including encoding, testing and debugging. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures.
Activities:
- Records customer interactions
- Supports applications and systems for customers
- Provides troubleshooting
- Defines operational and clinical IS needs
- Travels to facilities for go-live support
What You'll Need
Education: High School diploma plus passing score on EPIC assessment
Knowledge: English language, Microsoft Office
