Patient Access Rep, Sr. Patient Access Rep, Patient Access Supervisor
Provides high quality support for patients preparing for appointments and hospital stays.
Activities:
- Greets and registers patients
- Schedule appointments
- Inputs patient’s demographic and financial information
- Handles incoming calls and money
- Provides customer service to patients and guests
- Answers patient questions
What You'll Need
Education: High school diploma plus 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge: Customer service, English language
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Interpersonal & listening skills, Organizational skills, Clerical skills, Conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills, computer skills
Abilities: Work Independently and collaboratively as a team member, follow strict policy guidelines, collaborate with other departments
