Maintains and ensures complete and appropriate drug therapy.
Activities:
- Evaluates all physician orders
- Assures medication is safely and accurately dispensed
- Manages drug therapy to optimize patient outcomes
- Educates patients on medication
- Manages pharmacy operations
What You'll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree and pharmacy license in the state of practice
Knowledge: English language, Microsoft Office
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, computer skills, multi-tasking skills, Interpersonal skills
Abilities: Work independently and collaboratively as a team member, collaborates with care team, maintains patient confidentiality
