Security Officer, Security Supervisor, Security Manager
Provides security for patients, guests and employees while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Activities:
- Enforces safety and security policies
- Patrols facilities internally & externally
- Serves as essential personnel for disaster response
- Investigates accidents
- Performs opening and lockdowns of buildings
- Conducts emergency and preparedness drills
- Follows up on completed assignments
What You'll Need
Education: High school diploma plus 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement or military; Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association; valid driver’s license and clean DMV report; Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI); firearms training
Knowledge: English language, safety procedures, emergency response, detaining
Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, interpersonal & listening skills, conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills, computer skills
Abilities: Work independently and collaboratively as a team member, follow strict policy guidelines, collaborate with other departments, ability to continuously walk, ability to drive
