"My passion for nursing is critical care education, resuscitation training, and growing new graduate nurses. I have really enjoyed educating others over the years with the knowledge that I have acquired from great mentors. Five years ago, I became involved in the resuscitation committee and was a part of the first rapid response team at Ochsner Medical Center in 2017. It was great to see such hard work advocated over the years come to fruition, but the team reached the incredible outcomes in just its first year. To me, the most important piece to our nursing career is lifelong learning; there is truly never a time when you stop learning."
