You may log-in and check the status of your application online at any time. On your job page, you will see all of the positions to which you applied. If there is a change in your status, it will be listed here.
We have an electronic application system and it will benefit you to fill in each field so you may receive full credit for all of your work experience and credentials.
You may update your profile at any time by logging back in the system with your username and password. The Candidate Profile link is located on the far right-hand side of the page. You may then edit your profile information by clicking on 'edit' beside the category you would like to update.
While we offer you the option to upload your resume, it is really in your best interest to fill in each field manually. This will ensure that you receive full credit for all of your work experience, skills, and education.
If you see a job you are interested in, you are able to save that job by clicking on "Add to Job Cart." Then, click on "View Job Cart" to display all the jobs you have selected. You will have the option to remove any jobs from the cart by clicking the "Delete" button. You can then apply for all the jobs in your cart by selecting the box to the left of the job title and then clicking the “Apply” button.
No worries. You can easily retrieve your username and/or password. From the Match Login page, simply click on the link “Forgot your user name” or “Forgot your password”. You will then be prompted to provide your email address that is associated with your careers account. This will allow you to retrieve your username.
In order to be formally considered for a job, you must submit an application to your position (s) of interest. You do have the option to create a profile and upload a resume without formally applying, however this does not mean you are under any formal consideration. Your information will be saved in our database and available to HR representatives.
To edit an existing application and/or attach additional documents to your application, login to your Candidate Profile on Workday. Once logged in, click on the tab titled “My Jobs Page". Here, you will see the job title of all individual positions to which you have applied. Locate the title of the specific job of interest and click "View/Edit Submission". This will allow you to access the application, attach additional documents, and make edits. Please note that edits and attachments cannot be made after the position has been un-posted.
You are welcome to apply for as many jobs as you desire, however it’s important that you are applying to those jobs that pique your interest most and that you meet the qualifications for.
Any concerns regarding pay can be addressed when contacted by a recruiter.

Ochsner’s recruitment and onboarding process is conducted by Ochsner team members and consists primarily of telephone calls, text, email. and in-person interviews. Official emails come from an @ochsner.org email account. Candidates are never required to submit to a physical examination by Ochsner recruitment team members, and Ochsner recruitment team members are not permitted to conduct physical examinations of any kind. Prospective employees may be subject to additional screenings which may include drug testing, immunizations, and lab work, which take place at an Ochsner Employee Health location.
