Some of our accomplishments include:

• Ochsner Health was awarded No. 1 highest overall satisfaction in a KLAS review of Epic Community Connect providers based on an independent survey of 16 healthcare providers and 108 Community Connect customers.
• Ochsner’s Community Connect program was 1 of 4 programs in the country to achieve super connector status from Epic in 2020. Our program has been accredited eight times and recently received Connect Accredited status for 2023. 
• Ochsner has received Epic’s Gold Stars recognition for feature adoption. This award recognizes that our program customizes uses of Epic to suit the needs of our customers.
• Our team's emphasis on innovation and customer service also have been recognized. 

Ochsner’s Epic program is accredited by Epic HQ. This is a sought-after status and requires that we annually achieve re-accreditation by meeting Epic-established standards. The purpose of the accreditation is to identify and reward credible Epic programs to further grow successful programs with proven results.

Ochsner has launched Epic with small and medium practices, with health systems and even hospitals. We have thorough experience and perspective, which allows us to anticipate issues sooner, and remedy them quickly.
