Ochsner Health is the leading nonprofit healthcare provider in the Gulf South. Ochsner inspires healthier lives and stronger communities through our mission to serve, heal, lead, educate and innovate.
As healthcare professionals, our purpose is to care for the health and well-being of our patients and team members. An environment that fosters connections built on respect and our core values is vital to reaching our purpose. The connections we make with our patients and their loved ones, our teammates and community reflect our unique culture.
Inclusion has always been a part of who we are at Ochsner. Delivering care that respects the individual and providing an inclusive place to receive care and work is the continuous journey we’re on together.
Inclusion means celebrating what makes every person and culture unique. Valuing the individual differences of our patients and staff members helps us make Ochsner the best place to work and receive care.
We focus our efforts in key areas that correlate back to our core values of Patients First, Compassion, Integrity, Inclusivity, Excellence and Teamwork.
