Amber Spohn, PA-C, is a pediatric physician assistant at Ochsner Health. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care for infants, children and adolescents, with a focus on preventive care, acute illness management and supporting the overall health and development of her patients.

With a diverse clinical background, Amber brings a broad and adaptable skill set to her work with children and their families. She is known for building strong, trusting relationships and tailoring her approach to each child’s needs.

Amber earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado in Aurora and her Bachelor of Science in biology from Northwestern State University of Louisiana in Natchitoches. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Outside of her professional role, Amber enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for walks, and listening to music. She has two dogs and a cat.
