I just love Dr. Chad Braden and team, Alisha Thomas and her nurse Kim, I see these two often recommended by Dr. Braden that she would taking care of me like he did. He was right they are awesome. You can go in with a lil anxiety and come out laughing they know how to lift you up and you can ask any question about your health and they would scan those numbers from blood and test results and get you answers. Job well done thus far.🙏

Our over all experience with the staff was another story. Rate 1. Tried to check in in parking lot as ordered & was refused due to insurance issued called “ generic insurance” her supplemental insurance. My mothers name was miss pronounced over & over as a man's name even though my sister had clarified this days before with the nurse, thus I did not respond to the call back until the nurse disappeared without a patient. We were accused of being late because we were refused parking lot registration. Registration removed one of her insurance, “supplemental” because they did not know what to do when it was not verified. I call the insurance who said have them call the number on the card. Duhhhhhhh

Dr. Derbigny performed an uncomfortable procedure to determine the cause of my lumbar radiculopathy diagnosis. She made me very comfortable and safe during this procedure. I’m very grateful. She constantly checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was ok. Thank You 😊

If I’m reading correctly, Alton Ochsner founded Ochsner Medical Center in 1942, and it was a highly respected facility during my childhood in New Orleans. Now a senior, I have taken steps to have absolutely all of my medical care under the same umbrella. Facilities are nice, staff is amazing and helpful, and the whole system is organized. I couldn’t be in better hands. I trust Ochsner without reservation.

Ochsner has the best system, other than MD Anderson, I've ever seen. I'm SO impressed. They’ve made everything so easy for patients. And the fact that they have provided patients an easy way to report issues is excellent. I wish Ochsner was nation wide!

My 6 month checkup in Rheumatology dept yesterday went very well. All staffing are super friendly and eager to answer questions in a very professional tone. Dr.Angela Roy is super nice and has expertise in her field. The Grove is a beautiful, super clean facility. I am pleased that they require mask for staff and patients to help keep Covid # down. The Rolling Stones said, “You can’t always get what you want. But, if you try sometimes you might find, you get what you need.” This wise quote sums up my recent adventure. I did not WANT to get injured, BUT I found the amazing support I NEEDED in Ochsner and PA Jerrica Watson. Some people have jobs, and some people have CALLINGS. She falls into the latter category. The new Oschner’s off of Bluebonnet is so convenient, organized and filled with staff who is waiting to help you. I want to personally give a shoutout to Dr. Vargas. He is such a friendly, understanding doctor. He doesn’t rush through my appointments and he addresses all of my issues. I also love the MyChart app where I can access all of my records at any time, as well as check-in for my appointments.

I had an appointment at the Grove location and even though there were more people on site than earlier in pandemic, I was impressed with the level and detail of the safety protocols in effect there. My entire experience from waiting in my car to be called for my appointment to checking out was one where I felt my safety was assured. GOOD JOB OMC! Medical staff was also warm and friendly, as well as efficient. I appreciated the detail given to creating a safe and efficient patient/staff environment worthy of me taking this time to comment on it.

You call in when you car your car in let them know you are there for appointment. You are called to go to your Dr's waIting area, where chairs are at least 6 feet apart. Areas are very clean. Latoya Cameron PA in Neurology is very good explaining things, as well as listening to her patients. The only negative is that some days it takes a very long time to call in and let them know you are checking in. Other days there is a much shorter weight. This is due to listening for info on the vaccine, etc.
