Chloe Smith, MD, is an obstetrician-gynecologist at Ochsner St. Anne in Raceland, Louisiana. She provides full spectrum medical and surgical management of conditions of the female reproductive system. This includes preventative care, family planning and contraception, sexual health, prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, management of menstrual and hormonal irregularities, office-based procedures, and guidance through the menopausal transition. Dr. Smith went into medicine because she loves supporting patients through every major life stage, from adolescence through menopause. She believes in demystifying medical knowledge and procedures so that every patient feels empowered with their health.

Dr. Smith is from Texas and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Louisiana State University, New Orleans. She remained at LSU New Orleans and completed her residency training in 2026. She is currently board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Smith is an active member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology to stay up to date on the latest medical knowledge. She is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based medicine to patients with diverse needs from all walks of life.

Dr. Smith has been practicing at Ochsner since 2026. Outside of medicine, Dr. Smith enjoys parading with her Mardi Gras krewe, listening to Dolly Parton and spending time with her cats, Ham and Estelle. She is currently accepting new patients.
