Dr. Royal was cordial and caring. She did a thorough examination and addressed my issues.

My wait time was 5 minutes. Katelyn ushered me.into exam room and performed the prelims. Katelyn was thoughtful and caring and showed a genuine concern for my health. I am hearing impaired amd she spoke clearly and at a volume that made it easy to hear her. Next in was Dr. Royal after a very short wait. She took the time needed to listen to my health issue, reviewed my chart, discussed options and set a protocol in place with the goal of relieving my problem. She pu the plan in place immediately. X-ray right away, blood test next day and referral set-up. The x-ray technician, Michelle was also simply 1st class. She was obviously highly skilled and exhibited nothing bit care and concern. All the employees, from the front door on were exceptional. The Ochsner organization in Mew Orleanshas always provided me with 1st class health care. The facility in Hammond LA is just as good. The operation there is seamless. Thanks Dr Royal and thanks Ochsner!

Doctor Royal was amazing! She didn't rush me. She listened to everything I had to say and explained everything perfectly to me. Went above and beyond for me as a new patient of hers. Staff was wonderful as well!
