Donald Lemieux, DO

Dr. Donald Lemieux received his medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, MS. Following this, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama Medical Center. Dr. Lemieux also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2008.

He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is ABIM Board-Certified in Internal Medicine. His practice philosophy includes actively listening to his patients, shared health-decision making and helping patients have an active role in their own health care. Dr. Lemieux incorporates lifestyle modifications into the treatment plan to help patients achieve health goals.

Dr Lemieux is very thorough and aware. Not only when you’re sitting in front of him but also via messages on the MyChart app.

I have been very satisfied with my care under Dr Lemieux. I never feel rushed in his office, and he always works with me to find treatment plans that we are both happy with.
