Dr. Donald Lemieux received his medical degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, MS. Following this, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama Medical Center. Dr. Lemieux also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2008.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is ABIM Board-Certified in Internal Medicine. His practice philosophy includes actively listening to his patients, shared health-decision making and helping patients have an active role in their own health care. Dr. Lemieux incorporates lifestyle modifications into the treatment plan to help patients achieve health goals.
