Biography
Dr. Creed received his undergraduate degree from LSU in Baton Rouge and earned his medical degree from LSU in New Orleans, where he was President of the American Medical Association Student Chapter, Aesculapian Honor Society. He completed an externship at the American Hospital of Paris in Neuilly, France. After his internship and ophthalmology residency at Ochsner, he completed a retina and vitreous fellowship at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Creed is board certified in ophthalmology and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2001.

Concerning the care from Dr Curtis Creed I'm very pleased he explains each procedure that needs that I need to have he explains what he's doing on the visit going to detail why he's doing it and I appreciate that that's something that I really do appreciate that because most providers tell you things that needs to be done or tell you they're going to do something but don't explain why they're doing it and I'm very pleased about the creek cuz he does explain in detail what is going on with my hair or what needs to be done with my care and why
This was a first visit with Dr Creed following many years with Ochsner. He was extremely personable, thorough and accessible. He explained in clear language and listened carefully. He was very thorough.
