Dr. Paul Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. He then earned a joint graduate degree in physiology and a medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. Dr. Rogers trained in internal medicine from 2008-2011 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed an additional year of training with Baylor College of Medicine where he served as the program’s Chief Internal Medicine Resident.

Following the completion of his residency training, he returned to the New Orleans area to complete his training in cardiology and further subspecialty training in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Ochsner Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Rogers has clinical interests in complex heart arrhythmias and the benefits of implantable cardiac device-based therapies in patients with reduced heart function. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
