Dr. Chung Pham is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He is a graduate of the Ochsner Medical Foundation Internal Medicine residency program. Dr. Pham completed his fellowships at Tulane University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Pham was in private practice for 4 years in New Orleans prior to joining Ochsner in 2012.

Dr. Pham currently sees pulmonary clinic patients at Ochsner Medical Center-New Orleans, and Sleep Medicine clinic patients at both Ochsner Baptist Medical Center in New Orleans and Ochsner Health Center-Lapalco on the West Bank.

Great experience!

Dr. Pham is awesome. This was my second visit with him and he really took his time with me. He was very caring, knowledgeable and listened intently. I look forward to my next visit. I know from experience it takes a long time to get an appointment with him but I can tell you that it was very much worth the wait. After 63yrs of having this sleep issue-I do believe with his help -we can figure out my problem. At least I hope... Thank you Dr Pham.

I love that he calls up old and new images to clearly show changes in my condition. He tells me what I need to know, but he also demonstrates using the images so I understand the complications of my condition.

It was a check of my for my CPac the doctor stated that the equipment was doing it was suppose to do and he was satisfied with the reading on my CPac.

Dr took his time and did not rush.

Dr Pham seemed knowledgable about my rare diagnosis. He promptly order necessary labs and follow through was excellent when we needed labs related to the initial findings. I would have liked a little more info however and discussion about my disease. He did ask if I had any more question at the end of the appointment but receiving the bad news often makes a patient overwhelmed so voluntary info discussion is so helpful to me. Often the questions I did ask were with quick short responses. I would have liked more info. The office staff was responsive and kind.

Dr Pham was excellent with my 85+ yr old mother. He explained everything about her condition in a way she could easily understand. His nurse Idget was also, very kind and patient with my mother (who can be very challenging at times 🤪).

Dr. Pham explains everything in detail and is approachable and friendly. He also knows his stuff!! 😊 He’s the best pulmonologist I’ve seen as he hears and listens to what I say. He really has your best interest in mind, not financial income.

Dr. Pham has always been very thorough in reviewing your medical records and telling the patient what to expect with tests and treatment.
