Sarena Patel, PA-C, works in the Headache Clinic at Ochsner Health. She received a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She then earned a master of physician assistant studies from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Headache Society and the American Academy of Neurology. Sarena is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.
