Ochsner Health is the leading nonprofit healthcare provider in the Gulf South. Ochsner inspires healthier lives and stronger communities through our mission to serve, heal, lead, educate and innovate.
Centered on an all-natural clean ingredient label, the Eat Fit King Cake is sweetened with erythritol, a natural, plant-based sweetener with zero artificial sweeteners or colors.
But here’s the thing: If you didn’t know it was so nutritious, you would have no idea. Because we used almond and coconut flour, the appearance and texture is like a regular white king cake – not grainy, like a whole wheat version. It’s also incredibly moist, almost like pound cake meets king cake. And, it’s certified gluten-free.
Additionally, we offer Eat Fit King Cake Cupcakes! The cupcakes are frosted with colored sprinkles and share all of the same nutritional benefits as the standard king cakes.
