Eat Fit Northshore Registered Dietitian
Annie Kent is the Eat Fit Northshore Dietitian with Ochsner Health. She is passionate about inspiring people to live healthier lives, especially in her local community. She collaborates with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and markets on the Northshore to identify and develop nutritious menu options. Annie was previously a Professional Health Coach with Ochsner's Digital Medicine Programs where she monitored and coached over 500 patients to implement positive lifestyle changes to help manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and COPD. Annie earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University in 2013. She completed a Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earning a Master of Science in Nutrition and completing her dietetic internship. When she is not working with as a community dietitian, Annie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, walking on the lakefront, and trying new meal prep recipes.

Brittany Craft, RDN, LDN serves as the Eat Fit Strategic Growth and System Implementation supervisor. She works closely with the Eat Fit dietitians across the state to partner with restaurants and markets to identify and develop nutritious menu options. Brittany earned her BS in Food Sciences and Dietetics at Louisiana State University and completed her dietetic internship at North Oaks Medical Center. Brittany’s love of food began as a child while living in Italy, and she enjoys practicing Lagree Pilates, baking, singing, reading, and spending time with her little family. She and her husband, Kerney, welcomed their daughter, Nora, to the world in 2020.

As a lifestyle dietitian and founder of Ochsner’s Eat Fit nonprofit restaurant initiative, Molly has managed the nutrition program at Ochsner Fitness Center in New Orleans for over 20 years, working with thousands of clients, ranging from people like you and me to professional athletes. Through it all, she learned what drives us and motivates us, what works and what doesn’t, and what derails even our best intentions. Having the ability to dial into these behaviors and challenges has fueled and inspired Molly’s entire professional career.
As a regular contributor to national and local publications, Molly covers all things related to nutrition and wellness. She has been a columnist for the Times-Picayune | New Orleans Advocate since 2006 and has been the nutrition expert for New Orleans’ ABC affiliate WGNO since 2009, with weekly TV segments on WGNO’s Good Morning New Orleans, "Get FUELED with Molly.” She also hosts a weekly podcast, FUELED wellness + nutrition with Molly Kimball, where she addresses the latest health trends and interviews some of the country’s leading experts.
