Ochsner Fitness Center - Downtown is located in the Hancock Whitney Center building on the Parking Garage Side - 13th Floor, Suite 1300.
Whether you want to lose some weight, improve your stamina, or even successfully run a marathon, you can be sure that Ochsner Fitness Center can provide the training, discipline and more to meet your fitness goals.
Ochsner Fitness Center keeps current with the newest weight machines and cardio equipment.
Five convenient locations are open early and late, including two locations that are open 24-hours, to fit your schedule.
With group fitness classes each week, personal training and nutritional consultations, Ochsner Fitness Center helps you to get fit and stay healthy.

Nice amenities, dumbbells, racks, and cardio equipment. Some of the machines and cable station are dated and need updated. Great place to lift while in New Orleans.

I was really excited about coming to this gym.. but on Sat they opened up an ONE HOUR LATE. I get stuff happens but they wouldn't even for go the day pass fee for the inconvenience.. said I had to call the manager but he was the manager.... Still don't like that ... Gym is nice mix of old school and new school equipment. Not far from Canal Street so I walked to the gym. I like the gym as a whole just hate they opened up so late and still charged me. Good equipment and variety. Just know this gym is on the I think 14th floor of that building it's in. They could hv more step masters.

Great gym with beautiful views of the city. 15 dollar for a day pass. Everything one needs to physically recover after a nite of debauchery on Bourbon Street

It was a good gym to workout at during my visit. It wasn't too busy when I went in, post work afternoon. Great view of the city. They do have older equipments but you can find an equipment for any workout you're looking for. Their day pass wasn't too pricey either compared to other gyms I've gone to in other cities.

Awesome gym, centrally located, great variety of equipment for a full body workout. Clean, bright and great view of the city! Staff is really friendly and welcoming, and they do have a day pass which was great for me and very reasonable.

Functional and relatively cheap for a day pass! Kind of confusing to find, but once I did it had all I needed for leg day. I had searched for a “gay friendly” gym and this came up on the internet, but it didn’t feel very gay to me. So if you’re looking for a scene, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for a functional place to get your workout in with no waiting, this is your place.

Clean. Got many machines. A room for stretching and yoga. I really liked the supported bench press. Overall, highly recommended.

Was a bit complicated to get to but clean and quiet midday. Had all the basics except having carpet on the training floor is a bit gross to me. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and I got my workout in. I’d go again if I was in this area.
