Dr. Hayes performed a minimally invasive TLIF surgery on me about 7 weeks ago. At my first consultation with him I was extremely impressed w/his conservative approach to my issues. He and Emily, his PA, were very thorough in explaining what procedure he thought would be best for me. I was very anxious about undergoing spinal surgery but his staff was very responsive in answering any questions I had prior to and after my surgery. For the first time in probably 4 years I am pain free.

I was greeted very professionally and was taken into my appointment in a timely manner. Dr Seth was prepared for my appointment with information from the MRI. we discussed several options to alleviate my pain and he answered all of my questions in layman's terms so that I would understand. I was very pleased with my care. I walked out of the office with a game plan going forward.

Dr Brown did emergency surgery on December 6 for a epidural hematoma. Then on January 1st 2020 I was in a bad car accident. My back was broken at L3. Because of covid I did not have surgery until July 20th. I had to have another surgery on September 22nd. I am now well on my way to recovery. Dr Brown is an amazing and very intelligent surgeon. He always kept me informed as to what was going on with me. I was very blessed to have Dr Brown as my doctor.

These folks, the Providers and Staff, are awesome. They take care of you when you needed help. There wasn't a concern about who was at fault or who's job is it. Their concern was patient care and the patient and their families, and did what needed to be done to make things right, first.
