This review is about the respiratory therapist, Bryce F. I came in looking for a CPAP mask and he quickly told me about the one I had seen online, fit me and had we try it out. He quickly ran my insurance and I was out of there in maybe 15 mins tops. This was by far the best experience I have had with Oschner Home Health Equipment. Thanks Bryce, if I need anything else I hope you’re the one who is working. The counter ladies were pretty curt with us when we walked in. Thankfully Bryce was great!

My visit today was exceptional the customer service that I received from Nanette T was amazing! Nanette was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. She practiced all of the COVID protocols and made me fell very safe. The entire staff at the location were considerate. I wore the much needed product after the try on and felt immediate relief! I am truly grateful for the attention to detail that Nanette provided. Thanks Nanette!!!

Like your opening telephone message the requirement of writing a review is confusing.What if I have no pros? What if I have no cons? A remark can be nutreal.\r \r But this is a con. The opeing should give the caller a choice, not just give a laundry list that is long. ""For thr sales dept, please press one, For the cfredit dept please press two"" etc

We went to Total Health Solutions a few months ago looking for a wheel chair cushion for my mother in law. We had seen several online but decided to go to a store to choose the cushion ourselves to make sure it was what we wanted for her. The employees were very nice and helpful. We found the perfect cushion at a great discounted price. We also found several other items for my mother in law. Our son was delighted with some infant toys they have there. My wife also saw maternity stuff that she said she which she would have had during her pregnancy. Now we know where to go get these things when we decide to have another baby.

Yelp is a dishonest company that writes bad reviews for people who won't pay their expensive adverting fees. Its blackmail. Disregard any and all reviews, both good and bad, from Yelp.

I visited about a month ago. The young lady was very courteous and friendly. She helped me with all my questions and needs. She even told me how to find CPAP equipment.

Always have been helpful in whatever I needed, down to the simplest thing! The staff is wonderful!

I was extremely impressed withNanette Terreboone. She wasvery knowledgeable and explained every step concerning my Aunt's conditionand what had to be donetoimprove her health. Nanette extreme carewhile measuring my Aunt's legs and did not cause any discomfort. I would definitely recommend Ochsner Total Health Solutions and Nanette Terrebonne to friends and relatives alike.

Thigh high compression hose are so difficult to put on, but Nettie was so patient! She allowed me to take off & put on until I felt comfortable doing it myself! Everyone at the store was so pleasant to deal with! Thx for making this new experience for me so easy!
