Ochsner Total Health Solutions is conveniently located in Metairie and offers hundreds of products in our showroom. Within the store we have our Caring for Women Boutique, a private place for women's healthcare products with a knowledgeable and compassionate all-female staff.

Thigh high compression hose are so difficult to put on, but Nettie was so patient! She allowed me to take off & put on until I felt comfortable doing it myself! Everyone at the store was so pleasant to deal with! Thx for making this new experience for me so easy!

I was extremely impressed withNanette Terreboone. She wasvery knowledgeable and explained every step concerning my Aunt's conditionand what had to be donetoimprove her health. We went to Total Health Solutions a few months ago looking for a wheel chair cushion for my mother in law. We had seen several online but decided to go to a store to choose the cushion ourselves to make sure it was what we wanted for her. The employees were very nice and helpful. We found the perfect cushion at a great discounted price. We also found several other items for my mother in law. Our son was delighted with some infant toys they have there. My wife also saw maternity stuff that she said she which she would have had during her pregnancy. Now we know where to go get these things when we decide to have another baby.

Like your opening telephone message the requirement of writing a review is confusing.What if I have no pros? What if I have no cons? A remark can be nutreal.\r \r But this is a con. My visit today was exceptional the customer service that I received from Nanette T was amazing! Nanette was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very kind. She practiced all of the COVID protocols and made me fell very safe. The entire staff at the location were considerate. I wore the much needed product after the try on and felt immediate relief! I am truly grateful for the attention to detail that Nanette provided. Thanks Nanette!!!
