The first good sign of efficiency was that I was able to schedule as early as two weeks out. The nutritionist was attentive, organized, knowledgeable, and showed a true interest in my reasons for the appointment. She was able to guide my thinking in directions I had not previously considered. Her information was useful and thought-provoking, as well as inspiring and with attainable goals. I feel she gave the time needed to address my issues, and offered plans to address them efficiently and effectively both immediately and in the long-term. I now have more confidence with my ability to resolve my issues with some ongoing consultation and then on my own going forward. Moreover, I look forward to becoming a part of a new food sensitivity program currently in development.

It is an absolute pleasure working with my nutritionist Alexis. She is so kind, thorough, non judgmental and knowledgeable. I really look forward to continue this journey toward wellness with her. The facility is state of the art. It’s worth the 30 minute drive to go there. I just wish it was closer to my house!
