I really liked this place! They listened to my concerns and addressed them. One ear was blocked and they flushed both out. The nurse that did it was so sweet (wish I wouldāve gotten her name) the doctor didnāt make me feel rushed and the triage nurse was so friendly!!! I left with an ent referral!

There was a long wait when we went but they informed everyone immediately and kept everyone posted through out time on waits and all. The nurses and doctors were engaging and helpful, compassionate. Got me feeling better in a few days. Thank you

Made an appointment at 4pm. Of course walk ins were called back before me. Therefore I was there for 2 hours. My advise don't fall for the appointment option. The in take nurse was rude.The Dr and her nurse were very professional and explained my diagnosis.

Been here a few times and this day here when barely anyone in there we wait longer the first nurse was so energetic waited on the second one over a hour the doctor for over 1 hr and a half for 10 minutes waited to get discharge I still waited much longer for a note š¤¦š¾āāļø

Efficient & caring. Only wish they could give injections of antibiotics especially when very sick. I did not want to go to the emergency dept. but I should have to get the needed injection for sinus infection

This is very disappointing ,weve been using this urgent care for years but lately got an appointment the very important blue prescription unfortunately they forgot to attached with my papers since I didnt know about it ,I just got my other two medicines in cvs and when the time i need it because i am in so much pain again in my shock i dont have it i called about it they want me to go back to the same procedure so that they can issue me again that prescription which is not my fault that they forgot to give me that blue prescription which i just know about it when I called or explain it to me how can i get it which i didnt know about the process coz it was my 1st time to take it ,its upsetting that i will be going to pay again and go again with the same process and im in pain the waiting time and we live far now but we are loyal to this urgent so we still come here but now the lady i talked to she just hang up on me while im still talking to her which i find it rude! This is very frustrating i wish she didnt feel the same pain and situation that i feel right now! She should be more understandable with the patient suffering in pain which that medicine can help me to calm the pain while im waiting for my surgery especially its their negligence at their ends! I gave 3 stars coz the doctor is good and they were nice but unfortunately they mess up my medicine ,i understand they are tired all day by helping patient but hopefully this will not happen again especially in someones medication coz thats the reason patient go to the urgent care to seek help and one more thing instead they attached the blue prescription they attached the wrong one i have here the print out of someones xray which is nothing to do about me.pls next time be more careful especially on medication coz patient depends on it and to the front desk lady pls more compassionate and understanding just dont hang up to someone that was so upset of the situation because someone from your clinic mess up.I hope you are proud of what you did.

The staff was extremely caring and kind, including the officer who looked at my car because it wouldnāt start. I didnāt feel like they were rushing through my exam. My only complaint is having to stand outside for so long. I could barely stand as it was and Iām sure there were others with worse problems than mine. It would be great if they had chairs with umbrellas on them because the heat was pretty bad also.šHowever COVID has prevented so many luxuries so it is understandable. Other than thatā¦great care!!

Upon arrival, we were greeted, less than 10 minutes of waiting a nurse had us in a room. The staff and medical team were very much inviting and took great care of our daughter. This was our first ever visit, however I would rate it a 10 if compared to similar urgent cares.
