When you sign up for text messages from Ochsner Health System, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, employees, officer, and directors and physicians (together “Ochsner”), you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Ochsner Health and partnerships, including updates related to your visits, MyOchsner or MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.

You can opt-out of SMS messages by texting STOP to respective short code. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the short code you opted out from. If you want to join again, sign up using MyOchsner or MyChart or text HELP to the short code for instructions.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at myochsner@ochsner.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ochsner Health Alerts may include messages related to current employment offerings and events.

• When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. Text OCHSNER to 504-977-2078 to receive Ochsner Health Alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help or email smshelp@paradox.ai. Text "STOP" to cancel, or “PREF” to update.
• After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
• If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 504-977-2078. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy Policy

No mobile information (text messaging originator opt-in data and consent) will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or business partners for marketing / promotional purposes. The opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in the process.
