Ochsner's Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastases Program has a dedicated nurse navigator who guides each patient through their care. We tailor our treatment recommendations to meet each patient’s individual needs.

Our program combines advanced surgical techniques, including robotic resection, with interventional options. This allows us to offer tumor resection to a bigger pool of patients. Ochsner is also one of only a few centers around the world that offers liver transplantation for colorectal metastases for patients with colorectal cancer confined to the liver that would be otherwise unresectable.

Our dedicated multi-disciplinary team works closely together to develop a treatment plan that is clear, coordinated, and efficient. We welcome patients with a new diagnosis, those looking for a second opinion or seeking alternative treatment options.

We offer same-day and next-day appointments. The physician support staff will coordinate with referring physicians to obtain a timely consultation and ensure all necessary studies are scheduled.
