What You'll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of experience or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge: Customer service, human resources, English language
Skills: Good judgment, problem-solving, communication, active listening, computer skills
Abilities: Self-motivated, team player, proactive, discipline
