Dr. Alexandra Arnold is a board-certified family medicine physician at Ochsner Health in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Arnold completed rigorous, full-spectrum residency training at Natividad Medical Center in California. During residency, she developed a love for the complexity of caring for hospitalized patients, while also discovering a particular passion for women’s health and caring for patients through the menopausal transition.

Today, Dr. Arnold works as a hospitalist at Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner, where she cares for adults with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions. She also provides evidence-based, individualized care for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause through the Menopause Women’s and Wellness Clinic at Ochsner Baptist. In addition, she cares for newborns in the nursery at Ochsner in Kenner.

Dr. Arnold is passionate about helping patients understand their health, feel heard in their concerns, and make informed decisions about their care.
