Born and raised in Metairie, Louisiana. Graduated in 2003 from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, practiced for over 14 years in the Intensive Care Unit at Ochsner Clinic Foundation on Jefferson Highway. Graduated from University of South Alabama with a Master in Nursing Science in December 2016. Certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in Jan 2017. Graduate clinical experiences include Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Internal Medicine both throughout the Ochsner System and other areas. Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. Passions include Primary Care, Family Practice, Wellness, and Preventative Care.
