Incredibly helpful when answering my questions surrounding trying to form a treatment care plan ahead of a surgery that I have been nervous about, partly due to it possibly increasing my pain again. We talked at length of a plan to mitigate and get my body stronger so that I will be less likely to have pain flares when undergoing this upcoming surgery and also working with my FRP team again to tackle to emotional side of it all again. Truly a great visit that left me feeling very heard and seen.
